Responsibilities:

·       Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.

·       Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, including customers, marketing, sales, and development teams.

·       Develop and maintain a product backlog that reflects the priorities and needs of the business and users.

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

·       Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure a smooth Agile development process.

·       Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure features meet user needs.

·       Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement to assess the success of features and drive continuous improvement.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing clarity and guidance to stakeholders.

·       Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team to encourage creative solutions and effective problem-solving.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

·       Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the e-commerce industry.

·       Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and customer experience best practices.

·       Experience working in Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software.

·       Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies is an advantage.

·       A passion for e-commerce and a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies in the industry.
