Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
· Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
· Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
· Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
· Knowledge of electrical products and industry standards is preferred.
