Responsibilities:
· Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
· Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against budgets.
· Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
· Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
· Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and training.
· Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
· Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
· Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
· Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
· Leadership skills with experience managing a finance team.
