Responsibilities:
· Consult and support Hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
· Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
· Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
· Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
· Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
· Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
· Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
· Performing background and reference checks.
· Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
· Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
· Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
· Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
Job requirements:
· Education: B.A / M.A Degree in related fields like MBA, HRM, Industrial Psychology, Computer science
· Experience: Minimum 3 years Recruitment experience
· Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment and hiring
· Ability to work as team player
· Result Oriented Approach
· Analytical Skills
· Advanced office
· Language: Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
