Responsibilities:

 

·       Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the e-commerce platform.

·       Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives on time and within budget.

·       Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

·       Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience.

·       Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.

·       Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.

·       Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.

·       Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer support teams.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive.

·       Mentor and guide junior product team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

·       Proven experience in product management within the e-commerce sector, with a track record of successful product launches.

·       Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

·       Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for product development.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.

·       Familiarity with UX design principles and customer journey mapping.

·       Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing strategies is a plus.
