Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives
· Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
· Building and maintaining strong employer branding and candidate experience
· Collaborating with department heads to understand and fulfill their hiring needs
· Developing and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, industry networks, and recruitment agencies
· Utilizing data and metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes
· Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters
· Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition
· Contributing to various HR and talent-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
· In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
· Familiarity with a variety of sourcing methods and best practices
· Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
· Proficiency in utilizing HRIS and recruitment technology
· Ability to analyze and utilize data to drive recruitment decisions
· A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
