Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced React Native Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in application development using React Native. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React fundamentals and proficient knowledge of JavaScript. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in state management tools such as Redux and Redux Toolkit, along with experience working with both RESTful and real-time APIs. Familiarity with Google services such as Firebase Push Notification is essential.
The candidate should also have sufficient experience in automated testing tools, TypeScript, and improving performance. Experience in implementing chat features at scale with extensive capabilities is crucial. Proficiency in creating animations and utilizing gesture handlers is required, along with familiarity with debugging tools and version control management tools such as Git.
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should possess leadership skills and competencies to lead a team of React Native developers effectively.
