Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and execution of the company's technology and product roadmap.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
· Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
· Manage the technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and resources to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
· Oversee the development and deployment of scalable and efficient software solutions.
· Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and competitive advantage.
· Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all technology and product initiatives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven company.
· Strong background in software development, architecture, and product management.
· In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle management and Agile development methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology and product strategies with business objectives.
