Job Summary:
As a Talent Partner at Mirana, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing the most suitable and talented candidates for our clients. You will work closely with both the clients and candidates to ensure a successful placement that meets the needs and culture of the company. You will be expected to manage multiple vacancies at the same time and have a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source, screen and interview potential candidates for job vacancies
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
· Understand the culture and values of the company to ensure a successful fit
· Provide guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
· Manage multiple vacancies at the same time while maintaining a high level of quality
· Negotiate offers and contracts with candidates on behalf of clients
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in recruitment methods
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
· At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Resilient and able to handle rejection and setbacks
· Deep understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends
