Annual Compensation: Basic salary plus an exceptional commission

           

Responsibilities:

 

·       Utilize deep experience in FMCG sales to drive the expansion and enhancement of sales for existing successful products and new offerings, leveraging market insights and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

·       Lead and inspire large sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability.

·       Apply your leadership skills to guide the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

·       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors, driving impactful collaborations and catalyzing sales expansion.

 

Requirements:

 

·       Proven track record of deep experience in FMCG sales, demonstrating an ability to drive sales growth and expansion, both for established and new products.

·       Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated capability to effectively lead and inspire large sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

·       Proven ability to design and implement successful sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

·       Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and retail landscapes within the FMCG industry.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively lead and cultivate impactful partnerships with key clients, retail partners, and distributors.

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
