Annual Compensation: Basic salary plus an exceptional commission
Responsibilities:
· Utilize exceptional negotiating skills to forge and maintain strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and key stakeholders, fostering favorable terms and agreements.
· Apply your deep knowledge and experience in FMCG export to lead and optimize all aspects of the export process, from market analysis to regulatory compliance and logistics coordination.
· Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to align export strategies with market demand and product positioning, ensuring a strong and competitive presence in targeted regions.
· Leverage your understanding of potential markets in the region to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for our FMCG products, driving market expansion and revenue growth.
· Develop and execute export strategies tailored to specific regional markets, aligning with our company's objectives and leveraging market insights to maximize our competitive edge.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in export management, with a focus on FMCG, demonstrating strategic negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and successful market expansion.
· Extensive experience in export operations, including familiarity with regional markets, customs regulations, logistics, and cross-border trade dynamics.
· Strong familiarity with product marketing and the ability to synergize export efforts with product positioning and market-specific demands.
· Exceptional understanding of potential markets in the region, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for FMCG expansion.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with international partners, internal teams, and regional market stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
